You don’t need clinical research experience to start in this position. This is an entry-level role with a defined path to Clinical Research Coordinator, including company-paid certification. What you’ll actually do Help screen and identify potential study participants through medical-record review. Support participant visits — collecting and processing samples, administering questionnaires, and recording study data accurately. Assist with informed consent under the supervision of a Coordinator or Director. Enter data and resolve queries in electronic data capture (EDC) systems. Help prepare and maintain regulatory documents and the Trial Master File. Process, label, and ship study specimens per protocol; keep supplies stocked. Learn and apply Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and IRB requirements — we’ll teach you these. Reliability and follow-through — you finish what you start and things don’t fall through the cracks with you. Coachability — you take feedback well and want to get better. Calm, clear communication — you can put an anxious patient at ease. Comfort with computers, tablets, and documentation — Microsoft Office; EMR/PACS familiarity is a plus. No prior clinical research experience required — we provide the training and sponsor your certification.
