Job Summary (CNC Operator - Belgrade, MT):


- Set up and operate CNC machinery to meet production requirements.
- Prepare raw materials and machines for production runs.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Enter or follow machine programs; make necessary setting adjustments.
- Verify machine setup and inspect first-run components for accuracy.
- Monitor CNC operations and perform various machining processes (cutting, drilling, grooving, etc.).
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and resolve basic machine or production issues.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or delays promptly.
- Requires prior manufacturing or machine operation experience (CNC preferred).
- Must be able to read blueprints and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
